Multilingual training – Course content in 18 languages

Employees must understand training – not just listen to it. With Armstrong, ready-to-use training templates run in the language your employees understand reliably, and the proof remains the same.

    Templates in English

These templates are fully translated into English: every slide with voiceover. Employees choose their language when starting the course.

    How it works

    1. 1

      Assign template as usual

You assign the training once – to individual employees, departments, or locations. You do not need a separate course version for each language.

    2. 2

      Employees choose their language

At the start, the course asks which language it should run in. Slides, voiceover, and knowledge questions then appear in that language; it can be changed at any time in the course.

    3. 3

Proof just like with any training

After the knowledge test, the certificate is generated, and you see the participation in the attendance matrix – regardless of the chosen language.

    Frequently asked questions

Does training have to be conducted in the native language?

Not necessarily in the native language, but in a language that employees understand reliably. The employer must ensure that the content has been understood (§ 12 ArbSchG (German Occupational Safety and Health Act), DGUV Regel 100-001 (rules of German statutory accident insurance)). In case of language barriers, training in the respective language is the safest way.

    Which languages does Armstrong offer?

Course content is available in 18 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech, Greek, Swedish, Finnish, Arabic, Vietnamese, Hindi. How many of these an individual template contains fully translated varies by template and is stated on each template page.

Is online safety training legally permissible?

Yes. Safety training may be conducted electronically if the content is workplace-related, comprehension is tested, and employees can ask questions of a competent person at any time (DGUV Regel 100-001, Abschnitt 2.3). Armstrong tests comprehension with knowledge questions and provides a question function.

How is the safety training documented?

Upon completion, each person receives a certificate with their name, date, topic, and the result of the knowledge test. Participation can be retrieved by the employer at any time in the participation matrix – this provides proof of documentation in accordance with § 4 Abs. 1 DGUV Vorschrift 1. (German statutory accident prevention regulation)
